New York, December. Before people rushed home to watch American Idol or America’s Got Talent their television screens, Zee TV was already capturing viewers’ attention, and hearts, with its hit singing competition, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.  Today, the premier South Asian entertainment network is taking the hit show into the digital world with its first-ever online singing competition, ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Online Singing Superstar With a Twist.’

Every week, Zee TV will select 5 winning videos based on different criteria, including “Best Voice”, “Best Jodhi” (Duet)”, and “Chotey Ustaad” (Li’l Master Singer) for the chance to win a $20 Gift Card, plus an assortment of special prizes.  Users who send in videos of songs from the latest episode of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Singing Superstar will receive an extra 25 votes, giving them an advantage in the online competition.
